2. Main process characteristics

5. Precautions for installation details

 Wear ESD gloves during module assembly.

 Do not splash water on the screen or module. For example, do not use dishcloths to clean up dust. Use an antistatic soft brush to clean up hard objects with moisture.

 The relative humidity of working environment should be in the range of 20%~75%, and the module should be placed in a dry place before assembly. Ensure that the module is stored in an environment where the temperature is not higher than 30℃ and the humidity is not higher than 65%.

 Do not directly tear and pull by force. Gently pull and insert the cable to avoid excessive force to break the copper column and damage the PCB.

 Do not install galvanized square pipes because galvanized square pipes cannot ensure flatness. You are advised to install iron containers by spraying them.

 It is recommended to use the spraying process for simple curved and cylindrical sheet metal iron boxes, which is easy to install and has good flatness.

 The bending Angle of the module is between 150° and 180°. Violent and repeated bending of the module is prohibited.
