• Module size design 320*160mm, low current, low heat, high contrast, high refresh;​
• The bottom shell is equipped with 18 magnets, and a single magnetic content of 2500 GS, so that the bonding force between the module and the box is stronger, the magnet is anti-salt spray, and anti-corrosion test for 48 hours, and magnet height can be adjusted, effectively improve the flatness and use effect of the screen body;
• ​Support front installation/maintenance design, and front and rear waterproofing process to meet the requirements of IP65 waterproofing class;
• The module lamp surface is equipped with a protective mask to protect the lamp bead, is anti-reflective, and prevents solid dust from entering;
• The rear cover of the bottom shell adopts a honeycomb design pattern with great visual beauty. The rear cover of the bottom shell can be disassembled for easy maintenance. It can better protect the components on the back of the module from damage and prevent the module from entering water.

Precautions for installation details

• When assembling modules, the operator must wear ESD gloves.

• Do not splash water on the screen or module. For example, do not use chemical components or hard objects to clean up dust. Use an anti-static soft brush and clean water.
• It is forbidden to tear and pull violently, and gently pull and insert the wire to avoid excessive force to pull out the copper column and damage the PCB.
• After disassembling the back cover for maintenance, pay attention to the cover must be pressed tightly when returning to the back cover to prevent water in use.
• It is recommended that you install the sheet metal box by spraying it. If galvanized square pipes are used, the flatness of galvanized square pipes cannot be guaranteed.
• The bending Angle of the module ranges from 162° to 180°. Violent and repeated bending of the module is prohibited.
